HelpWay is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) and is classified as a public charity under Section 509(a)(2), effective July 28, 2026. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors will receive an acknowledgment for completed financial contributions.
