HelpWay may collect contact information, donation details, communication preferences, and technical information needed to operate and secure this website. Stripe processes payment credentials; HelpWay does not store full card or bank account numbers.

We use information to process donations, maintain charitable records, send receipts and acknowledgments, manage recurring support, prevent fraud, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only when separately requested.
Service providers and retention
