Donation Terms

Charitable purpose
Donations support HelpWay's charitable mission and may be used where most needed within that mission unless HelpWay expressly accepts a specific restriction in writing.
Tax status and acknowledgments
HelpWay is recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) and classified as a public charity under Section 509(a)(2), effective July 28, 2026. Contributions are deductible to the extent allowed by law. HelpWay does not provide individual tax advice.
Recurring donations
Monthly donations continue until canceled. Donors may cancel future charges through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting HelpWay. Cancellation does not automatically refund completed charges.
No goods or services
Unless stated otherwise for a particular campaign, no goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation.
